1. Who we are
These terms apply to the services provided by Absolum, trading as abslm.nl, registered at Herengracht 221, 1016BG Amsterdam, The Netherlands. KvK: 73882852. BTW: NL002404393B72. Contact: info@absolum.nl. We always communicate on WhatsApp.
2. The service
abslm.nl provides managed hosting and related operational services for open-source software. The exact resources, availability targets, support scope, and onboarding requirements are confirmed for each project before service begins.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have the rights to the code and content you deploy, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for your application, dependencies, licenses, user content, and any notices required for your users.
4. Fees, renewal and cancellation
The service costs €100 per year, plus applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We will tell you before renewal. You may cancel by contacting us; we will provide a reasonable export window and explain when data will be deleted.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
